The Andhra Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh under Section 18 of Building & Other Construction Workers (RE&CS) Act, 1996 primarily for formulating and implementing the various Welfare schemes for the benefit of the Building & Other Construction Workers in the Andhra Pradesh.
